The Ask
Existing white papers were generic and didn't speak to the specific pain points of vertical buyers. With a Q2 pipeline push on the calendar, the demand gen team needed ready-to-syndicate assets—and a scalable template system that could flex across five distinct verticals rather than one-off documents built from scratch each time.

We designed fully production-ready white paper templates across five verticals—Real Estate, TelCo, Travel, Logistics, and AI + Agents—built for syndication from the start. Each template was formatted to serve both prospect acquisition and customer upsell motions, so the same asset could do double duty across the funnel.
